Added Saved Search Functionality to "Full Text" Search API Pages

The form appears after full text search results:

If the search results change, you will notified by email at an interval of your choosing.

Caveats:

For accounts only (that is, you have to log in).

For full text searches through Search API (SOLR) only (currently main search, DOGE timeline), not for searches on Drupal’s SQL database (currently bylines and venues.)

About text formats
You have the option to tag the comment. When you start typing in the "Comment Tags" field, a dropdown with existing tags will appear; use these if possible. You can create tags that do not appear in the dropdown, but please remember that this is a family blog.
