I have installed a module that purports to be able to post links to Jackpot content on (at? (in?)) the Fediverse, and to link Fediverse comments on that content back to this blog, but beyond that I cannot go.
In principle, it would be better to post to the Fediverse as opposed to X (née Twitter), let alone Facebook, but I confess myself baffled. What Fediverse “instance” should I choose? Fediverse advocate Cory Doctorow uses marmot.fr. Should I? Why or why not? How to do make sure our work gets read, since that is the point of the exercise? Etc.
As of now, I haven’t even tested the module because set-up is just too hard. Assistance from readers welcome, either in comments here or via the contact form. Thank you!
